How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 72 hours for us to prepare your order and 1-5 working days for delivery.

Please note that custom orders take 2-5 weeks to be designed and model.

International

Shipping time may vary depending on location, shipping method and other factors.

Who is responsible for duty and tax fees?

International taxes might be applied depending on your country’s tax policy.

Custom duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any import changes incurred during delivery into your country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER ENQUIRES

I placed an order but I haven’t received it yet?

If you are UK based and it’s been over 10 working days since your order was shipped, or if you are based internationally and it’s been over 25 days since you placed your order, please email us with your name and order number.

*Please note that international orders may take longer to deliver due customs or other factors.

I entered the wrong address at checkout, can i change it?

Yes! If you’d like to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of it being placed.

For custom items, no cancellation, returns or exchange are allowed as they are individually personalised!

What payment methods do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both domestic and international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal

The shipping courier lost my parcel, can I get a replacement?

In the event that the carrier misplaces or loses your parcel, we are happy to send a replacement, unless your orders, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the shipping courier to determine if the product can be replaced.

Can a discount code be applied after purchase?

No, all discount codes must be redeemed at checkout. We cannot amend your order after purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund:

- Items must be returned in its original product packaging. 

- Items must have no visible sign of wear or use. 

- Earrings and body jewellery will not be accepted for returns due to hygiene issues. 

- Custom items are made to order therefore 12 hours after an order is placed the sale will be final.

JEWELLERY QUESTIONS

Can I get my jewellery wet?

Our jewellery can be worn in water, although we do not recommend it - we want your jewellery pieces to last you forever!

Constant contact with liquids can reduce the longevity of the plating and accelerate tarnishing.

Your jewellery should always be kept dry unless stated otherwise by the product description.

I have sensitive skin, will I have any issues?

Prior to placing your order please review the materials used in the product description.

While our products are hypo allergenic If you are allergic or sensitive to metals, we would advice against buying brass or copper based jewellery. Instead, opt for our 925 Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel jewellery. 

We take no responsibility or liability for any reactions that may take place; it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all precautions are taken as we are unable to know each individual's allergies and sensitivities.
