REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase from THEICEAVENUE. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below before starting a return.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Item must be in their original packaging, unworn and show no visible sign of wear or damage.
- All returns are inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet our return requirements, a refund will not be issued.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Earrings and body jewellery
- Custom items (after 12 hours from order placement)
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your orginal payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@theiceavenue.com so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.
