CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
The Ice Avenue is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
DAMAGES/LOST PACKAGES
The Ice Avenue is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 3 - 5 working days (working days are not weekends or holidays) for orders to be processed and dispatched. Processing times may be extended if we are expecting a high volume of orders or if there are any complications with your order.
If your order contains a custom or pre-order item, we will dispatch your full order once the custom or pre-order item has arrived in our warehouse. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders for in-stock items and custom/pre-order items.
